TUBOD, Lanao del Norte – To intensify and contain the management in developing the website of the provincial government of Lanao del Norte, all provincial offices herein the Capitol building attended the one-day website workshop conducted by the Provincial Information Office (PIO) together with the website developer, Iligan Computer Institute (ICI) at the provincial administration conference hall on August 17.

Department heads and respective representatives from the different offices convened with much enthusiasm and high hopes to learn the necessary information of website development and ways to explore the official website of Lanao del Norte, www.lanaodelnorte.gov.ph.

“There is a need to further review the content of the website to avoid duplication and erroneous data”, said Mrs. Brigida Tangonan referring to the crucial phase of uploading the data that will be viewed online all over the world.

The workshop includes topics which are fundamental to the attendees on how to get acquainted in creating an account and possibly get an official access on their respective offices which are links and content of the website in which they can further submit an article to be published and edit previous data being uploaded.

One can easily find or gather information about the various offices in the provincial government in just a blink of an eye by simply logging on www.lanaodelnorte.gov.ph next by clicking the tab “About Lanao del Norte” then “Capitol”, and right on your eyes will appear the different offices with its corresponding mandated functions, top priorities and programs and services it can offer to the people.

The provincial government is optimistic in coming up with highly interactive ways to foster efficient management and dynamic collaboration of the different offices to deliver quality and reliable services to the people of Lanao del Norte.  Thus, the creation of the website tailored the need of the province to prove the peaceful existence of the Land of Beauty and Bounty.
