You have mentioned Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, if am not mistaken this is the so called 4ps. Last election I heard about this program, so i try to find out what it is all about. So accordingly this program is a poverty reduction strategy that provides grants to extremely poor households to improve their health, nutrition and education particularly of children aged 0-14. Clearly, it is not to be used in politics as what had happen in the last election in my municipality. People benefited are selected by those politicians NOT by those who really intended for as what was the program aimed.Election is over but the program is not yet over. I just do hope that the program will deliver to its true beneficiaries not by those politicians beneficiaries.
